Quest Diagnostics

Last two times I went here the black girl working tried to make me go to eastern parkway location. told me I had to be fasting she argued with me when I said I did not. I told her I spoke to doc. She calls the doctor ask if I had to be fasting Doctor said no. the girl working at quest got angry said its on you and your doc. She intentional hurt me my arm where she drew blood started hurting and the blood vein was raised and black, there was no one in the place but me. there was no reason for any of that.
