I would give them a 0 if I could. Bonnie was absolutely horrible to work with. Their business practice was completely unethical. Even if they were buying dream house for my dream price, it wouldn't be worth it work with them.



Any time we asked for something (an inspection? for the air conditioning to be fixed?) Bonnie made it sound like we were jerks to even ask. She also repeatedly insinuated that we couldn't afford the house (for $150k - trust me, that was NOT a problem!). She was so condescending and nasty, its abhorrent that she's been in business this long.

Do not use this place. Deceptive practices.... they will say anything to get you to sign the paperwork and then you are stuck!
