Of all the dealerships I have visited in order to buy my first car (yay!), I knew immediately Oxmoor Toyota was the one. The friendly greetings I got from employees all the way from the parking lot to the door certainly didn’t hurt but meeting our salesman Jaquis really locked it in. He was incredibly personable and made buying a car feel fun and not stressful at all. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped us pick the perfect one after listening to what we were looking for. I was nervous about feeling pushed into a huge decision but Jaquis was never pushy or overbearing, instead helping us be very sure in our choice. After he worked his magic and found us the perfect car, he set us up with Tim in finance who was also very friendly and walked us through every step. I will recommend Oxmoor Toyota to EVERYONE and won’t buy from anywhere else when we buy our next car!

We were greeted by Ivan (our salesperson) who was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. He went to great lengths to help us find the car we purchased. I have an old Toyota Camry- 1987, so I was hesitant to take to a dealer. I was surprised, they performed only work that was needed, and told me what I did not need to have done. The mechanic even came out to talk to me about my old Camry. Great guys, great service.
