Orthopaedic Motion & Sport Physical Therapy

On my search to find a physical therapy office I came across orthopediedic motion and sports. Feeling hesitant to try another physical therapy facility based on my last experience, I was quickly reassured here. On my first appointment I was evaluated; asked extensive questions that help me pinpoint my direct concern and felt that this therapy prevailed an accurate plan personalized to suit my chronic pain. Treatment was a success and I no longer am struggling with debilitating shin splints, however; I continue to go to OPMS physical therapy by choice for injury prevention and healthy training!

Questionable results from treatment. Also, they do not honor insurance contracts,. You WILL be overbilled. Go elsewhere. There are many good Physical Therapy choices in the Louisville area, with reasonable rates that actually honor their contracts.

I've seen Bridgett Mayhan of OM&SPT on numerous occasions for injuries mild and severe. She is fantastic!! I healed from ACL surgery with great success (full range of motion) ahead of schedule. About a month later, I dislocated my elbow and again had great success following Bridgett's plan diligently. She is extremely knowledgeable, her staff is competent, efficient and she runs on schedule. Pleasant atmosphere with lots of assistance and encouragement. I am so happy to have found her. If you are an athlete, she will get you back in your game as soon as possible.
