I have given this location 4 chances to redeem themselves in my eyes, over the past year. They failed.

The food has yet to be delivered to me at the counter, fresh, or correctly. There is always a descrepancy in initial order to delivery. I always go inside on my visits, to ensure I am getting what I ordered. The location has been dirty both in the eating area, as well as the kitchen area, which is in full view. Tonights meal, a carry out, was burned, or "over cooked". and again, incorrect. After reviewing my reciept, they corrected the order, but the food was still over cooked. I hope the C.E.O. reads these reviews, as this facility does not meet YUM Foods standards, in any form or fashion. Not the food, or the people.
