Kennedy Place Townhomes

I've lived here for over 10 years. The neighbors are friendly. Maintenance and management has done a great job with updates.

I have lived there for 3 1/2 years use to b a good place to live until the new owners took over oct 2015 its more like an institution than a home, over half the units have been vacated since they took over, people don't move because they enjoy it they move for a reason and I had many. the manager is one of the rudest and ruthless people I have ever meet. Highly don't recommend this place

I wouldn't even give it one star now that the new owners have taken over. They have taken a place that was once a nice family oriented home and turned it into just a place to stay until our lease is up. The woman in the office has no people skills at all and runs this place like a prison. I can't wait to move like the others have. I see a lot of people moving out but no one moving in.

I lived here almost two years now and now we have new owners. Well the first thing they did was raise the rent to 790 not including water. The put notes on are doors telling us to take down everything from the garden area and door mats or they will be thrown away but if you wanted to buy one for$10 you could then have one. I walked out the front door this morning and a lady was just coming up the steps to throw a garden light that was sitting by my door not even in the ground and was going to throw it away. On top of that the two ladies are rude and have no clue about the difference between a apartment and a townhown. Also there is nothing special about this place at all. The paint and walls are sub par at best. Taking a shower while the heat is on in my unit is a mistake be because the heater can't handle both going at the same time. I could keep going on forever please take my word for it. Also don't let the looks fool you its still valley station and the drugs are here as well as anywhere. If you have kids forget about it be because there is no where to play etc etc etc
