I had previously given I - tech solutions a bad rating and I am going to try removing it , until then I will say there was a miscommunication between us and it has been resolved , the owners are very polite and professional and highly recommend them to anyone , my apoligies to the owners , and they do run a good reliable business .

I am a little late at posting this. I have a POSH phone that my child broke the charging port to and I called around to find a fix for it.. I called a few places and no one worked on it until I found I-tech!!! The were GREAT!! they told me no problem bring it in and we will take care of it.. an hour later it was fixed and cheap!! I decided to take my husbands phone in when I went back because it was unusable due to a cracked screen.. AGAIN.. no problem.. fixed in about 2 hours and at a good price!! I will only use I-tech after this!! Both phones work like brand new and they were very nice and the best price for the screen replacement anywhere I had called!! Thanks again guys!! GREAT JOB!!

You won't find two more knowledgeable, friendly individuals. I bought an Iphone 5S from them today for my son and they have my business from here on out.

I was totally impressed with this place!! My Samsung S3 kept shutting down and would not turn on, I was in need of all my contacts and photos so I could tranfer them to my new phone. I walked in and told him my problem, he knew right away what ithe problem was and guaranteed that he could fix it. It only took him 30 minutes, my phone was like brand new. Great customer service!!! Thank you I-tech solutions ���� I walked out a happy camper!

I was looking to buy a phone, and called to ask a few questions before purchasing, like where the phones came from. The man who answered said he didn't know and asked if I'd like to talk to the owner. Then he says, okay I'll have to have him call you back since he doesn't have time to explain how he runs his business to you. I just wanted to make sure I was getting a product I could feel safe buying, like maybe they offer a warranty or something? Then he says, if you want my advice, buy from the carriers, we aren't good at sales, we're more for repairs. The sign outside literally says repair, buy, sales, service. So if you're looking to buy a phone you should go elsewhere according to their employee.



Also you should stop writing fake reviews about your company.

My iPhone had stopped charging I took it to Apple was told I would either have to pay $175.00 for a new internal battery or just update to a new device my phone is in perfect condition so I started looking at reviews and I found I tech these guys are amazing the owner is very nice extremely professional my phone was repaired within 50 minutes and the owner did a thorough check on my phone to make sure nothing else was wrong or damaged I would recommend this amazing business to anyone that wants honest and very reasonable work done on any device there great����

I took my IPhone which had fallen out of my pocket on the highway at 70mph, these guys tested first then had it fixed with a new screen and battery on the same day. I could not have been happier with the service and value. I recommend them everyone.

Extremely pleased with the repair of two iPhone 5S cell phones. One was bent from being slammed in a car door & the other went into the washing machine. Andy repaired both phones to near perfection at a fraction of the cost of replacing them. Thank you Andy. I will be back with my broken laptop key.

These guys are great...we drove an hour to get there but it was well worth it. They fixed my iPhone in no time, and they were very kind about. If you need your phone or tablet fixed I'd suggest going to them.
