A 1 Junk Car

A1 Junk Car exceeded my expectations when providing their service. Rhonda was very friendly and helpful on the phone and even worked with me when it took me a couple weeks to get things together. She offered a fair price and even negotiated with me, and also gave me instructions on how to junk my car. Steve promptly came and took my car in a quick easy process paying cash. He was also very friendly during a situation that I was unfamiliar. So thankful for good people and this service! Many thanks!

Our experience with A1 matches those below. A1 not only made us the best offer on our old beater, but the driver told us the procedure for letting DMV know the car had been junked. This entailed a trip to the DMV with title in hand and right there was the difference: we had to hold onto the title, not surrender it to the junk dealer when the car was towed off. A1 was the *only* company that explained what we needed to do with the title to avoid further liability with the DMV. A1 is honest, prompt, and efficient. Thank you, A1!

Can't believe there is a business out there, still, that is so reputable, reliable, and efficient. Steve and Rhonda took care of me in record time, about 2.5 hours from the first call to finish. More importantly, they are honest, helpful and more than fair in their pricing. Steve actually gave me some information that helped me avoid additional tax charges down the road. I needed a junk car removal on a Sunday and A-1 Junk Cars was available and willing to come out. The car was supposed to be picked up by another company on Saturday, but they never called or showed. I was extremely happy to have Ronda answer my call on a Sunday morning and send someone out within 2 hours. Price given was reasonable. Driver was very courteous and made sure to take care of my property while bringing his truck up the drive way. Process was painless. I recommend anyone needing to have their old junk car hauled away to call A-1 Junk Cars.

A1Junk cars was Outstanding experience. I had called them to find out what my vehicle was worth. Rhonda gave me a price. Then, an hour after she called back and increased the offer if the vehicle did in fact look the way I described. We set up a time to meet. They were prompt and very nice to deal with . I would highly recommend A 1 Junk Car. The transmission went out in our car and would not run. By luck the car quit next a transmission shop however we decided we were not going to have it fixed. We needed to get money for the vehicle and have it towed. I called multiple places around Louisville. Left messages with some and never heard back, was offered $200 for the vehicle from others when it was worth more than that at least for the remaining working parts. When I called A 1 Rhonda was very eager to discuss purchasing the car and offered me a very fair price. Rhonda and Steve drove 45 minutes to Crestwood to pick the vehicle up and paid exactly what she quoted me on the phone. What started out as a very difficult and crazy day ended better than we thought it would, the car gone and cash in hand. We truly appreciate that type of customer service!! It is so rare but Rhonda and Steve provided awesome care! Thanks guys!

This company is beyond anything that I could've imagined. I was trying to find a company that could tow me to a junk yard and called one place off of Grade Lane, and I couldn't really get any response. I started looking on google and A1 Junk Car popped up. I called and The Lady on the other was more than helpful. WIthin an hour they had everything set up to complete the transaction. They gave me cash. Everything like they had said. They even helped take a battery out that my dad had said that he wanted to keep.

I was more than pleased. Extremely trustworthy!

The guys went above and beyond. They came to pick up the truck I was in a hurry to get rid of, when I needed them to...dangerously close to beer-thirty on DERBY DAY(!). Nobody else was even answering their phone. Also, Rhonda went to great lengths to help me, a few days later, with a concern about the paperwork.
