My son and daughter are in program. Their curriculums are organized and staffs including masters and instructors are friendly. Highly recommend for learning Taekwondo !!!

This Taekwondo center is a nice place and the Instructors are friendly. They have annual picnics, parties, and are like a big family. However, with all of that said, Head Master Kim is not friendly like the other Instructors, lack people skills, intimidate and humiliate the children, yells way too much when it's just not necessary, and just seems to have a BULLY type personality. My children have been here for six months and are progressing nicely through the ranks, but they as well as myself are tired of always being on the lookout for how Instructor/Head Master Kim will act.There are a couple of children that need constant fussing at because of the way they act, but I feel Instructor Kim goes overboard and is allowed to act this way. There have been many parents and children as well as Black Belt Instructors that have left because of Master Kim and nothing changes as a result. He even humiliates Cesy who is a Black Belt female that also works admin for them in the office. He yells at her and blames her for everything right in front of the parents.....it's very unprofessional in my opinion. Head Master/Instructor Kim is just immature and simply out of control and crosses the line between being an effective child Taekwondo teacher and a bully. When a six year old child is standing in front of you crying because they didn't understand something and you keep yelling at him/her, the only thing you're teaching that child is to be afraid of you. I'm jus sayin.....Sadly, I need to decide if I'm going to take my children and money and go somewhere else where we will be happy with everyone and not have to deal with someone that has no respect for anyone. smh
