        Horrible experience. The owner couldn't understand basic instructions - she cut my hair with sharp angles, I explained I wanted them smoothed out. She said - "oh, shorter". They charged me $33 for a basic haircut - no shampoo, massage, nothing. A complete ripoff - if you want quality service and price, go to Gower Gulch. Avoid at all costs.
