Ok for the people that wrote this comments in this business, however the driver is not a hard job but it gets stress out when u have to do everything by yourself n deliver n pick up.... look about the van breaking down they told me too n well u always have to have a back up plan i mean i myself dont trust no business at all n about picking it up at the same day they dont do that they eventually tell u they pick up the next day not the same day

This is the worst experience I've ever had in all my business dealings. Not exaggerating. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible. They should not be in business. I rented a jumper a week before the event for our child's birthday party. The day of the party I called them first thing in the morning to confirm the order and add a few more party rentals. They said they would add it and would deliver later hat morning. I called them repeatedly between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm as they had not delivered the items around 11:00 am as they had promised. They kept giving me the run around and saying they would call the driver and find out what the status was on the delivery. I had to call them back because they would never call me back to confirm. I went to the store myself at 2:30 pm after being fed up of them stringing me along with no real update on my order. When I got there they gave me a straight out lie that the driver had come by and that no one was home and that they called my number and no one answered so they moved on with the rest of their deliveries. This was total BS, I had been home the whole morning outside the house cleaning and decorating and no one came by or called. One of the guys working there pretended to call the driver to find out the status. He was about 10 feet away from us and never even said a word over the phone. He then comes over saying that he just got off the phone with the driver and that the van broke down and is now being towed so they wouldn't be able to deliver. How stupid do hey think I am? He never once uttered a word on the phone yet somehow had this extensive conversation with the driver. Meanwhile the party was starting in 30 minutes. These people are the WORST! Did not even care about our situation they put us in. I would give this place negative stars if possible.

I would not recomend this place to anyone! I had many problems with them. 1st they told me they were going to pick up the things I rented the same day (because I asked them to since I didn't have anywhere to store them) and it took them TWO WEEKS to pick them up! This was even after I called them many times and even after they would call telling me they would pick them up! Secondly, I had to pay a storage fee for the things (since I didn't have anywhere to store them like I said) and they told me they would refund the money I waisted on the storage fee and then when I went to their store to pick up the money they owed me, they told me (rudly) "never mind, we decided not to give you the money."

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
