This place is phenomenal. Here's what happened: my hard drive died on a weekend and I couldn't find anyone who did data recovery on a Sunday. Only them. So I took it in and they immediately got to work. The next day I had a fully recovered hard drive. And they only charged me the base price they quoted. I can't recommend this place more - they saved me! Also, staff is awesome and were really communicative throughout the process when I was calling in to see how it was coming along.
