After completing almost a decade of post medical school training culminating with Harvard Medical School cosmetic fellowship, Dr. Hughes comes to Los Angeles with a wealth of surgical knowledge and technical skill.         Dr. Kenneth Hughes is the best plastic surgeon in Los Angeles. He was able to take what I had and do as much as possible without overpromising something that he could not achieve. I will be forever grateful.
