Bad attitude, he is not profesional and has no customer service.
I gave him my W-4 and he said I should come back in 4 days because he was very busy. 4 days later I went to pick up my W-4 and I asked him some questions, after my question he said one moment one moment one moment like several times and then said take your original papers I’m not give you my service, it’s that easy for me. Then proceeded to charge us for “wasting his time”, mind you he also lost one of our forms and told us we should just “request another”. For someone that works with clients daily, they should understand that while we aren’t all knowledgeable in the area it isn’t okay to belittle someone for asking questions in your area of expertise.
