Eli's Independent Bmw

I've had two repairs on my Lexus at Eli's. Both times I have been impressed with their customer service and technical expertise. I like how they always kept me informed while the car was being repaired. When the repairs were completed, they always looked good. Once when I needed my car before leaving town for a trip. They made sure I got it back on time. They even let me pick it up on a Friday after hours.

I just picked up my car from Eli's about a week ago and they did a great job on two areas of damage I had on my car from past collisions. Due to the age of my car, I elected not to have them do a complete fix on my car. Still I was highly impressed with the work they did ... it definitely was above and beyond what I expected. I worked with Rui and Danny and they were both very helpful and patient with all of my questions.
If I have the misfortune to again need work on my car, I will not hesitate to go back to Eli's.

Worse service ever, car is still in the shop, crooks stay away

This place is terrible! It took over six weeks to repair my car, then 2 months later, I had to bring my car back for a week so they could "finish" the work they did(n't) do. They gave me the run around for weeks, and never returned phone calls. Instead, I, the customer, was asked to keep calling back to check in, several times through out the day. As a working professional, I did not feel my time was respected. If your time is precious, do not bring your car to Eli's.

Eli's is horrible! They took over 6 weeks to repair the damage to my car. Then, after 6 weeks, they still were not done! I had to bring my car back for another week. The customer service here is horrific. They do not return calls not do they answer question directly. All I got for 7+ weeks was the run around. If yoour time is prescious too, Eli's is NOT the place for you.
