Two nights ago I took a cab home in Astoria. The next day I stayed in all day. So I'm leaving this morning and can't find my wallet anywhere! I go down to my mail box and a neighbor has left a note for me with my wallet saying a cab driver dropped it off yesterday! So the cab driver kept my wallet safe and dropped it off the next day with no charges on my CCs, no cash taken. Humanity. Thank you whoever you are. Kindness and integrity makes this society better for all.

Thank you to Mimi, Ramon, Jean, and the anonymous driver for getting my phone back to me! Very courteous staff, incredibly helpful, and I know Mimi personally took time during her evenings to help track down my phone. Thank you all so much for helping... the situation was scary for a few days but without such great help it would have been a lot worse. Thank you! Sincerely, Mike :)

I forgot my phone in a cab but was able to recover it thanks to Delilah who answered the phone at Arthur Cab. She was incredibly helpful. She patiently received my calls multiple times, called several drivers on my behalf and promptly called me back when she tracked my phone down. Excellent service!

Decent Garage, better than a few other garages that I have worked at before. I always check my credit (I save each receipt, and print out the end shift report receipt) and so far there hasn't been a day that the garage cheated me on my lease, sometimes some fares (credit) came up in their system a day later, but it was all there, and big plus in my book since there have been garages that tried to get more money out of me. The lease on a hybrid car is plus $3, not plus $15 or $25 like some other places (cough slsjet cough), cars are about average when it comes to maintenance, some garages are worse, some are better (I worked at 6 garages). Your credit is given to you on the same day (exception above, happens once or twice a week). My only complaint is that the dispatchers take bribes from drivers, with the exception of 1 or 2 of the dispatchers, their names don't come to mind right now. Garage workers are decent, but they could be less lazy.

I would like to praise their driver, Ramon Gonzalez, for doing the right thing and shipping back the contents of a portion of my wallet. I was frightened that I had lost medical cards, medical ID, etc. forever. To make things worse, I was dropped off and lost the wallet while rushing to an international flight where I was away for over 10 days! My wife told me via Skype of the package delivered as "IMPORTANT" and that the contents that had fallen from my wallet were all safely returned-thank you Ramon for doing the blessed thing you did-there are good people in this world!
