SCAM - SCAM - SCAM AND FRAUD.

As of October 29th, 2012 This heater under a three year warranty has not been replaced, they will not take your phone calls, I have left a dozen requests for confirmation by phone and email for a tracking number to no avail.

The main reason I purchased this heater was it was manufactured in the US, unforgivably that and a dollar will will only get you a ride on a bus,nothing more than a warranty scam. DO not buy anything from this company.
