Yen Ching Restaurant

I have gone here several times with family, including my own birthday. Food is generally very good. My favorite is the hot and sour soup. I ordered a large meal for pick up. I did notice they don't add soy sauce, plates or utensils. When I got home, I realized the soup was missing. I live far away so it was not practical to drive back. When I called they said they will only provide me with credit for next time. Even when I sit down in the restaurant, the waiter is sometimes really slow to take our order or even give me my check. This has occurred on multiple occasions even on days with the restaurant is nearly empty. I do enjoy the food but the service is bad enough that I stopped going there.
