Asian Harbor

Asian Harbor is a welcome addition to Lockport and I know this establishment will do well if it is critiqued. I have been there 3 times since it opened. Though I am not a Suishi person I do LOVE Chinese food. It will give the Pagoda House a run for it's money with the nasty flowery smell you get when you enter the Pagoda House restaurant. However, I do believe Asia Harbor does need to add another waiter or two to speed up the sitting of the patrons. It has happened all 3 times I visited. Most of the time people are waiting to be seated but the tables are not cleaned. And when the tables do get cleaned it still takes several minutes before you are shown a table or booth. I have witnessed several families turn away because of the people waiting for a table. Also, the very first time they ran our of Ice Tea - really! The second time we waited what I felt was a little longer than necessary to get all of our tables food. We would get i plate and then maybe 7-10 minutes later another person plate. These should arrive within minutes of each other. And just last night, Valentine's Day, again the placed was very busy and I understand that, but there is no reason I should have had to send my Shrimp with Garlic Sauce back because the vegetables were cold. And the table next to us as for another Miller Lite and was told they were out of Miller Lite.



On a positive note, I believe your business will be such a success that you may want to start looking for a larger establishment.

Went to this place for my sister's birthday and it was fantastic. The people were super nice, place was quaint and cute, and the food was delicious best asian food in town by far.

Ordered $40+ worth of food, drove twenty minutes there and back to get the food. Got home opened order; NO RICE! Order at your own risk!
