What an absolute delight to work with a company whose salesperson never had to be contacted during installation since everything he said they would do they did. Not to mention a very knowledgable crew. We never felt an intrusion into our home. The crew arrived, performed their job (very well) and informed us of the next steps. Definitley love a company that undestands customer service. Thanks to Don, John and Matt!

Salesman Eric asked what I expected out of a new Carrier system. He then explained how each component works together to meet my needs. The installers arrived, covered all of the floors with drop cloths and asked if I had any questions before starting. They explained how to operate everything when finished.

Every facet of the experience was great. The salesman was well informed, the installation went well, and the system is operating beautifully.

We returned from vacation last winter to find our 28 year old furnace had finally died. It was 55 degrees in the house and we needed a new furnace fast! Neighbors had previously recommended Erv Ehlers so we gave them a call. They had a 93% efficient furnace installed THAT DAY! Since then, we've had our AC replaced by them too. Both Carriers. This company installed my furnace and didn't oversell me for my size house and needs. They come out every year to clean and check the furnace and are always prompt, courteous and professional. They also figured out a weird problem with my furnace that had been a mystery, so they are also thoughtful and more than just "do the job and get going."
