WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!The service department at world car will be and is the reason I will never buy a car from here again,This is my second car with them and actually the buying process sucked to!!Everytime I get my oil changed its over a two hour wait even when it doesnt look busy,and 25.00 for a patch on a tire!!!!Are you kidding me!!!!No washer fluid in my washer chamber,come on!And the one time my tire pressure light was still on and all my tires were still low even after they changed oil didnt even check,so I pulled into goodyear down the road and asked if they would check it for me,thinking I might have to pay them something but didnt care cause I just wanted my car to be safe...they did it for FREE,and I vented to the guy how I had just left the service department at world car and they didnt put washer fluid in,he topped it off to be nice.Ugh why is it so hard to just do your flippin job?!!!does no one have any pride in their work anymore??NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN,fool me once shame on you,fool me twice shame on me!!!!There wont be a third time!!I could go on about other things with them and situations,but I dont even like that Im having to talk about them even if its negative,no more time will be spent out of my wallet or life and yall. Sincerely not ever again.

My name is Barbara Perez To start people always call to complain. And never have time to write good Things So here I am. I ordered a part with paul at the south side location and gave hime My credit card # 2 weeks later still no parts daniel called said Paul had ordered the wrong on e and paul lied saying he didnt take my credit card#Well desperate I called your location and Your People did Everthing Right from the ladys answering the Phone not sure if it was Rose and another lady because I was doing 70 miles to get there. Adrian took control of all this Madness and got me the part I needed right there and then. What the other location couldnt do in 2 weeks Adrian and Rick and The Parts staff did in 1 Day.This was a Blessing to me. It shouldnt matter if its $2,000 or $2.00 I was a customer and should of been treated with respect. But Adrian,Rick and the ladies answering the phone to Ms Linda Anderson They were Excellent Even when I was Crying You Have Excellent Staff there

The service department is very honest and helpful. I worked with Wendy and she treated me with respect and didn't push anything on me that I couldn't do at the time. She took the time to sit down with me to make sure I understood and made a schedule with me for my repairs. The parts department, Shawn was a very nice man to work with also. I recommend both of these honest workers to deal with anyones problem. I will be coming back time and time again.

I got a good deal on my rogue. I checked around and with my credit union doing the financing, I think I got the best price possible. I took it in for service 3 months later and it took 40 minutes to change the oil. I like the dealership for the most part, but I will have to see if the wait times are always longer or if it was just because it was Sunday and they were very busy.

I bought my first brand new car from World Car Nissan in San Antonio! I worked with a man named Gus. He was very easy to work with and I explained to him that I had just tried to by a car in Austin 6 months ago and had been turned down. He told me with 6 more months at my job, he thought he could get me approved. I also had $4000.00 down and I only had $2500.00 before. I got approved for the terms I wanted the first time and I am glad I didn't buy in Austin. I am happy I found a place that had a lifetime warranty. Thant is really why I bought here. I hope the service department is good and I will do another review if and when I have an issue. I have not taken my car in for service yet.
