I was very impressed by the professionalism and empathy I was given by the staff at Columbine. Great work!

The billing department does not know how to file claims causing them to be denied. Very rude when dealing with them. Should give negative stars

This business has terrible customer service, considering what services they offer, you would expect them to have empathy and sensitivity at the very least with their customers, but there is none of that. Very unprofessional and it is all about the money. Many other ambulance companies to choose from, stay away from this one. Even the owner is very rude, let alone her employees.
