My truck was damaged in the hail in April. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They were all professional and courteous, but they also did an amazing job on my truck. Every single inch of my truck was damaged by hail and they fixed it all. It looks like I have a brand new truck!! Also, I did not have rental car coverage with my insurance company, so they ended up giving me a loaner from the Ford Dealership at no charge!!! They saved my life, seriously! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. HUGE Kudos to Warren. He's the person you want to deal with if you ever need to take your vehicle into this center. He is, hands down, the best person I have ever dealt with. He kept me informed continuously how the progress of my car was coming along. I never ever had to call and check on things. He handled everything with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Thank you, Warren and Autonation!!!!!!

I gave my car for repair on front bumper on 17 may 2016. On 20 may 2016 I was informed that they are ordering parts to repair the car. Now again on 24 May 2016 , I got a text message that they can not repair the bumper and they need to replace that.



For the last 8 days they could not even identify weather they need to change part or replace the part ? Now when I asked them this question I got a very rude reply that “THEY WERE BUSY”.

They even had a fight with the insurance company when they asked them the same question…

So at last suddenly in evening I was called by their supervisor who shamelessly informed me that they will not repair my car and I can take it to other workshop.

I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner. My brother put it through a fender bender and we left it to our dealer to decide on where to have the repair work done. So of course, GO Toyota sent it to the GO Collision Center (Courtesy Collision Center). The right front fender was replaced and some work had to be done in the engine compartment. When we got the car back after it was "fixed" there were scratch/buff marks and paint bubbles on the right fender. They replaced everything having to do with the windshield reservoir and nozzles. When you try to wash the windshield, nothing comes out of the nozzles and the washer fluid is dumped onto the ground beneath the reservoir. The SR5 4WD logo on the right side, which they replaced, wasn't aligned even close to correctly. The Right Headlamp which was also replaced, had a very sloppy seal. When we returned the car and showed the work they had missed/screwed up, the associate (started with B and ended with ian) acted like it was no big deal and that this was business as normal and offered no apology. To think that GO Collision is certified to work on cars from Lamborghini of Denver is simply terrifying.
