        Patrick's knowledge of our HVA...

        Patrick's knowledge of our HVAC unit and hot water heater surpassed all the professionals we had spoken to or worked with prior to having met him. It is refreshing to see customer service alive and well. Five stars to Patrick! We are satisfied customers.

        Putting people first!

        It's the end of December and we are looking at 20 degree days.

        Our furnace kept stopping after ~1 minute -- I called to set up an appointment and the person answering said it sounded like a cleaning issue. We cleaned the filter and sensor and now it stays on!

        We will definitely use this company to come out and clean twice a year and let others know what honest people they are.
