They did not replace the fence with what was asked for. The sales person Curt) misled me. They did not pick up the old fence for three days because of miscommunication (Eric.) They charged me for moving 5 loads of dirt but I told them to not remove any dirt from the yard as I was going to use it to fill in. The cut off a large bush without asking. I could have tied the bush back and saved it. This is why I rated American Fence low for service. The fence they did put up was professional done and looks good.

I had a great experience with American Fence Company. I got a quote from them back at the beginning of 2017. Over the course of the year Matt the commercial estimator worked with me and my organization on revising the proposal multiple times as we came up with new ideas as far as layout, fence height and fence type. We finally signed up at the end of December. The site guys worked well with me and special requests I had as far as how the posts were set and small changes the day of setting the posts. The fence was completed last week and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone putting up a new fence.

I was looking for a small steel handrail for my front stoop, but didn't want to pay what the box stores were charging. My neighbor, who worked for American Fence in the past told me that they do their own welding and could possibly help. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they had it made 2 days later. Most companies didn't want to waste the time on such a small item. Thanks for taking care of the little people!

I worked with this company to build a vinyl privacy fence for my parents backyard. I had some non typical requests for them, and they were more than accommodating. I wanted them to set the posts, and I would do the remainder of the work. Jared did a great job setting the posts and cleaning up afterwards. He even helped me move all of the rails and pickets to the backyard when those were delivered. The project went off without a hitch and my parents love their new fence.

Finding the same problem as the OP. We were told 6-8 weeks. After NO contact from this company, we called them to find out they were behind due to hiring issues. After additional calls, we found out that they didn't have installers at the time of our contract signing so no way in hell they could have promised the 6-8 weeks at that time. We are now past week 12 with no resolution in sight other than every other week we receive the same response that they will be out next week.
