        I have been going to them for over 20 years now. All of the vets here are caring and very knowledgeable. I have taken Iguanas, Birds, Cats, Dogs and Rodents to them for care. Each one was very loving handled. I have received immediate appointments in an emergency even. I could not imagine going anywhere else with my pets.

        We had a great experience with this animal hospital. Our silkie chicken was having chronic laying problems. And no other veterinarian, including the one in our home town, knew how to treat her. Dr. Gengenbach was wonderful with "Jade", and her problem has been resolved.

        Overall

        I've been bringing my lab to this place for 6 yrs for all his routine care. Today that 15 yr old dog suffered a major stroke at 1130am. Being a (hospital) I immediately called and told them I was coming, however I was told that I could leave him and could maybe be seen at 230, the staff was at lunch... I took him elsewhere of course, where he was ultimately put to sleep.... I'm terribly disappointed with these people....

        Thank you for taking all of my sons money without consulting him about costs involved with his Rat. The $600 you charged him, was going to

        Pay for his books at SCC in just a few weeks. So disappointed in your staff.
