LaRosa's Pizza Liberty Township

A couple of decades ago, i worked for LaRosa's. The Liberty store is close to our house and reminds us of the time that I wish I was still a part of. The food is still great with mostly minor changes in the menu, some for the better and a few I will always wish were still a part of this great pizzeria chain like the roast beef sandwich they used to carry. LaRosa's will retain a special place in our hearts matter which location for numerous reasons like being my first real job while in High School and being the favorite hangout after football games on Friday nights for just about everyone in what was then small town Mason, Ohio. But the biggest reason we will never be able to forget LaRosa's is the fact that I met my wife while working there! Back then, dating in the workplace wasn't the best of practices however it was easier to do and was true as an assistant manager like myself. My wife of over 20 years worked for me back then. I remember the day I hired her. After persistant requests by me asking her out she finally said yes to that first date. 21 years and three kids later we are still together! She carries with her to this very day a chit from a guest check we trained with on her first day tha has my name and address from that time. She had kept it during training on her first day there unknown to me at the time, so you see LaRosa's really is a magical place for us.
