Rising Star Pet

This is a nice facility from the outside. But the owner is short tempered, with the animals and with her staff. If the dogs bark she screams at them. They get little or no attention unless they pay for outside play time then they only get that if the weather is perfect. The "special" frozen treats that she claims are her recipe are posted online. She talks about the customers awful behind their back. The cats are lucky to get any attention at all and never get out of their little cages. A dog that barks too much gets put way in the back, alone. Don't let the suites fool you. They end up back there all alone, noone ever goes back there to talk to them. I think they are even worse off out there and it cost more money. I would never take any of my animals here, ever!! She treats her employees like dirt. Always trys to make everyone else feel stupid. Awful, awful experience!
