General Info: Frank K. Noojin III, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine at Birmingham. He completed his internship and residency at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky, and completed a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at the Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Jackson. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. His specialties and clinical interests include knee cartilage repair, hip arthroscopy, femoroacetabular impingement surgery and hip preservation, elbow arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, general hand surgery, osteotomies about the knee, rotator cuff surgery and treatment of shoulder instability.
