I send everyone I meet to your shop and tell them the story of the first time I cam there with a problem and was told nothing was wrong with my car. I got a pretty good deal form there when I bought tires. The counter staff and Greg, the owner, were friendly and professional.

I was very pleased with the service I received as a walk-up customer. Within an hour my flat tire was diagnosed, plugged and I was back on the road.

Wow! Just my second time here, but so happy to have found a professional group of staff who provide excellent customer service skills, make timely repairs and do their utmost to make sure the customer is satisfied with their experience. I also appreciate the fact that they do not try to upsell or pressure their customers to make additional repairs that may not be needed. I have found from past experience as a single woman that we can be taken advantage of in this manner. I truly appreciate the peace of mind and trust the staff has ensured with me.

Great place and customer satisfaction with a good deal too. I'm gonna come back when my vehicles need anything. These guys made everything a breeze. And they did it all without an appointment. Oils changed was cheaper that others and they did a tire rotation topped off my fluids told me what needed to be fixed on my car without fixing it and hitting me with a bill. Honesty is what won me over.

Just picked up my vehicle from my first visit. Took it in as my steering wheel has vibrated off and on for the last couple of years and it was getting worse and worse, even after having it checked at other places. They were able to isolate the problems and explained everything in detail. These folks are honest, reliable and dependable.

NOT for A/C repairs. Wasted our time and $, not only failed to fix, failed to check their own work.
Then tried to charge us to replace a NEW condenser for $1k.
Had to go elsewhere for the actual fix.
HUGE disappointment and violation of trust.

They were great. The car was done within 3 hours.

Dropped my car off here because I thought i needed a timing belt and a different shop (Good Year / VA Tire & Auto off of Algonkian) told me that another one of my belts was torn. The Tire Shop folks were very friendly and seem honest. In fact, they checked out the car and told me there was no torn belt and I didn't need a timing belt given the type of car.

Same warranty and value as Costco, except you are supporting a locally owned business and with an appointment, don't have to wait 3 hours!! Great customer service & staff. We will use them for all of our future tire needs!

Simply put, the best shop ever. They have a friendly staff. I am new to Leesburg and the staff took the time to tell me about the area. I had to do the state and emissions inspection for two vehicles. They were nice enough to mount my new license plates. I would strongly recommend checking out this place out.

I've had a full set of Continental 255/50 ZR19s replaced here once before, but it's my last visit to TTS worth noting. Had a 3 week slow leak "graduate" to 1 day, figured it was time to replace. Andrew greeted me at the counter and rather than just going with my request to replace it, he immediately walked me out to my car to assess the real damage. Within an hour my tire (AND sensor) were fixed...an expected $300 out of pocket became $27. Service and honesty are appreciated! They will get my next set of tires.
