Good side: We have been there several times, and in general have been satisfied with the food - fairly typical chain food - good, but nothing special. Servers have been mostly attentive and fast - Michael from NYC is especially good. Bad side: Often, the hostess, who is supposed to seat you, is nowhere to be found. Also, when you go to pay the cashier there is almost always a long line that takes forever to clear. It's almost like they don't care if you wait around to pay or not. Like the hostess, the cashier is often somewhere else, instead of paying attention to the line of people waiting to pay. Also, for some reason the cashier seems to constantly have problems with the register/computer and has to disappear in the back to hunt someone down to help her. Very tired of their excuses regarding the length of time to settle your bill.

Not your ordinary Perkins. They have such good food at reasonable prices. They regularly have coupons for 20% off your meal or $5.00 off your total bill of $20.00 or more. Very friendly waiters and waitresses. You are always greetedwhen you enter.
