“I know the only reason you’re trying to return this is because you’re desperate for money” -store manager. I purchased a display vape mod because when I asked for one still in the box, they said they didn’t have any others. The brand was VooPoo and the model was the VMate. After owning it for four days and with little use, no wear, no signs of damage or change since it had been on display in the store I decided to return it. I had soon found out that the device is made almost entirely of cheap plastic. I found exact information on the VMate mod I purchased, describing the cheap plastic, easily breakable body, the cheap plastic buttons that break, and the two unnecessary serperate battery compartments. I told other vape shops in town about the incident, every one said they would never recommend that mod. It had even been turned on and used before I bought it. After a couple days of owning it I had concerns. It did not perform all the tasks I needed it to do Despite salesman Dan saying that it would recognize and adjust proper resistance on all types of tanks and cartridges, it did not. I had been a customer of Vapur ever since they opened here in lees summit. I had always received good service despite the fact they markup their prices on some products 10-20%. Yeah everything here is cheaper online. You will never receive A GOOD discount for purchasing here. Despite having spent thousands and thousands of dollars there since they opened while also recommending several people there, giving them business they never once took a hit on a product they sold me and I had to turn around and return because it did not do what they said it would or it broke.
Once the manager decided to insult me by claiming the only reason I was returning it was because I needed money I gave them the mod back and walked out the door without my money. now I will actually go through the trouble of buying all new stuff and drive 15 more minutes to do it than deal with them.

This place is the best. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and prices are reasonable. This is the only place I go. Highly recommend if you are new to vaping or a pro, this is the place.
