        High Tech Solutions LLC is a service driven, low cost provider of complex parts and assemblies for Aerospace and Plastics Industries. Our Goal: Provide Customers with higher value than anywhere else in the world. ISO/AS9100 Rev C certified, ITAR registered company, our operations provide the best cost, quality and value by applying World Class Lean Manufacturing principles. Complexity turns into commodity with standardization of manufacturing processes. Through common sense and teamwork we continuously improve our operations to eliminate waste, while manufacturing products that meet customer demand. One piece flow, a visual shop, 5S, Standard Work, Kanban and Andon utilized throughout the plant. CNC machine capabilities include 3 and 4 axis vertical and horizontal machining centers and multi-axis lathes equipped with live tooling and sub-spindles which allow us to complete parts in one operation. We embrace the challenges of hard-to-machine materials and extremely high tolerance parts and also take pride in our standard work of hog-outs, clips, fittings, clevis, shims, and shear ties.
