Advanced was a great company to deal with from start to finish. We had a storm hit our neighborhood and within days were overwhelmed by door knockers and phone solicitors. Who do you trust? Luckily I was referred to Colby at Advanced by a friend. Colby came out and explained the insurance and replacement process. He met with our insurance adjuster, explained the paperwork and handled all the invoicing. We had our new roof, gutters, siding and garage doors all replaced within a month from signing contract. We were very impressed. Would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone in need.

From start to finish, Advanced Home Solutions exceeded my expectations replacing roof and windows. After our house inspection raised concerns for our buyers, we had Colby come out to thoroughly investigate. He spent time showing me issues, taking pictures and investigating our repair history. Colby convinced me to pull up the previous roof claim and showed me what should have been covered and what wasn't. He OFFERED to contact my insurance company to discuss the previous claim. His work with the insurance company resulted in over $5000,00 repayment! He is my new best friend.

Colby assured my husband and I Advanced Home Solutions could replace our roof and 28 windows in less than 20 days – our scheduled closing. Despite 13 days of rain, Colby and his crew worked “off hours” to complete this job ON TIME. My home and yard was left in perfect order. My furniture was dusted and carpet, patio and deck vacuumed.

I dealt with Colby and I found him to be professional as he explained everything in detail. Everything he promised was delivered on-time and to our satisfaction. During the siding installation process, they came upon some termite damage that needed addressing. Colby contacted us immediately with a very reasonable quote on the additional repair, we agreed and the job proceeded without issue. I have and will use this company again when we replace our windows and roof.
