What a joke! While traveling, my 2012 GMC Terrain began to have an electrical problem. We pulled over at the nearest GM dealership (Jaggers). They informed me they could do nothing to aide us, due to no service appointments available for a week. When trying to start my car the vehicle would not start, they gave me directions to the next GMC dealership and informed me that even though my car was still under factory warranty, until the car can be diagnosed (next week) they could not give us a rental or loaner, they jump started my vehicle and said good luck and sent me on my way. ED MARTIN GMC you saved the day!
