Broadway Veterinary Clinic

We will no longer use this clinic!!! After over 20 years of taking our pets to this clinic, my mother, who at the time of her last visit was taking care my father who was sick and dying. She was $4 short of the total due and they told her it would be OK. She forgot about the $4 until after my father passed. and when she tried to make an appointment and acknowledged the $4, They became rude, told her the account was "fried", and they would no longer serve her. Over $4??? Totally unprofessional. When I called back to discuss it with them, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and uncaring.
