Assisted Living Facility-Garden Plaza

When I first walked into the lobby I was taken aback as to how cheery it was especially if there was a holiday coming. The aides were very professional even with difficult patients. They always found a way to smile. For entertainment, singers and musicians come three times a week and volunteers have come to play guitar and teach art classes to the residents. Like any other assisted living facility sometimes shows get cancelled and patient requests are not always filled as quickly as one would like but they are always done in a reasonable amount of time. Most important to me is that the administration always has time to sit down with you if there is a problem. Yes, sorry to say there have been necessary cutbacks like many other facilities, but most of important they haven't cut back on their nutritious meals which are as tasty as eating at a four star restaurant!

The patients do not receive the proper treatment.

The food is of poor quality .

The patients are charged for everything they receive.

Housekeeping has been cut back.

Entertainment has been cancelled.

Do not send your love ones to this facility.

Also they are overpriced.
