Our experience was terrible. We thought we were financed for a vehicle. We had a signed contract, set payment, and even bought gap. We took the vehicle home. We were given insurance for thirty days on Nissan. We chose to insure the vehicle the next day. When we went to insure it. The insurance agency asked Who insured this. I replied I don't know. This set a red flag. I went to my credit bureau and found multiple inquiries still being done, this told me my contract was frivolous and I would be called of course after 72 hours that there was a problem and we found a bank that would do the deal. A secondary bank of course. Meaning higher payments. Higher interest and more money down. We gave them 500.00 cash as well. We returned the vehicle and was being stalled. I photoed all documents. Receipt of my 500.00 cash and all the texts trying to get my money back. Still being ignored, I opened a case with Nissan Corporate. Sent them all documents, photos, text communications and times after the fact of continuing hard credit inquiries. I had to freeze my credit due to the multitude of them. They are handling my case at present. They state I'm entitled to my money back because there was never a real deal done with a bank before leaving the dealership. My point being... Before you hand a debit card or any cash , or sign any paperwork in finance, GET THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY APPROVED YOU. If they can give you that, Do not sign a thing because you can get in a giant tangled mess. We are totally disgusted with the practice of this dealership and our experience.

I had an explorer and it was a great car. I love the bigger cars, because I feel safer in them. One thing I had to face was the gas was horrible. I was looking around for a new car that got better gas but they were all small. I found the Juke, and it seemed pretty decent online. I went down to United Nissan and took one for a drive and it rode so smooth. The gas is much better and I really enjoy the size. Nissan really has a winner with this one and United Nissan gave me spectacular service to go along with my new car.

I heard some great things about United Nissan. I have known a few people that have made a purchase there and never hear a bad thing. I went ahead and drove down to find out what the buzz was all about. Everyhitng I have heard was right. So nice and very attentive. I appreciated everything they did to help me out and I am now a owner of a Nissan. Great people and great cars!

I have a Titan and I love it but I recently got a promotion at my job and have to drive to the Office instead of the facility. Its right outside of the city, about 80 miles round trip and its killing me in gas. I did the math and the amount im spending on gas I could get a different car and probably save a few bucks. I went back to United Nissan, same place where I got my truck. I told them I wanted a used car, doesn’t matter what I just want the best gas mileage I can get. They had a 2010 Sentra that was one of the manager’s kids. It only had about 5k on it and was very nice. I was able to get it for so cheap that I think I might save more than I anticipated. United Nissan has always taken care if its customers.

I was doing a general search on the internet for a Nissan Maxima. The one I wanted had to be fully loaded. I didn’t want to skip out on a single feature. It was hard to find this car but, my searched led me to United Nissan. I drove down there to check things out and I met with OJ. He was very friendly and knew his stuff. He showed me this car and it had everything I wanted and a sunroof. Im very glad my search took me to united Nissan. I am now the proud owner of my Nissan. Thx OJ.

Christian Larsen

I bought from United Nissan because of quality and my salesperson, Christian Larsen. He was very nice; He took the time to show me the vehicles. I wanted to see a wide variety and he took the time with each and everyone. He worked with me all the way through I had to have a payment I could afford and he did just that. Thank you Christian and United Nissan.

Overall
Dishonest sales department

I live 45 minutes away from United Nissan but very close to another Nissan dealership. I chose United Nissan because they had what turns out to be falsely advertised prices on both cars.com and their own website. I was interested in either the Versa or Cube. To prevent wasting a 1.5 hour round trip, I called ahead and asked their internet salesman if they have any of the advertised priced Versas available, He tells me yes, come on down. I then tell him I am really interested in the Cube and ask if they have any of the advertised priced Cube's available. He tells me yes, come on down. These are not sale prices mind you, these are MSRP prices. Taking the bait I make the 45 minute drive. Only after I drive there does he tell me he will not sell me a Cube as there is possibly a recall about to happen. Bait and switch #1 complete. I ask him about the Versa at the advertised price. Together we go out to lot and search for one of the more than 5 identical advertised on these two websites. He can’t find one and knowingly asks me if I saw the price on either of the websites’ I mentioned. I say yes. Without affirming, he knows they don’t have it. He made a few excuses about how they move a lot of inventory etc. Fast forward this story, over a week later the same cars were advertised on the same 2 websites at the same price. This type of advertising is the same as lying directly to you. Bait and switch number 2 complete. At this point I’ve come to terms that I won’t be getting the advertised price but figure I will probably get something close to what the other dealers are selling for. I’ve already made the drive out and I don’t want to drag this out anymore I pick a Versa priced 3000 above. It was actually originally stickered to cost 3000 below the current price but has been inflated with silly dealer add-ons such as door ding prevention stickers, Scotchgard, etc. to inflate the price. I ask him If there are any available without the add-ons. He tells me that they have a price goal to reach and as long as their margin is reached some could be removed. Their margin will be made either through price, trade in or interest rate. No matter which way it happens you will pay the same amount. This is pretty standard throughout the industry but I share this to demonstrate that they really do falsely advertise to get you through the door. In the end he agrees to take a couple of the profoundly silly mark ups off. Financing: He tells me my credit is bad and 21% is the best they can do. I tell him (the truth) a different dealership was going to give me 11.5% the other day. He quickly replies, OK, we can do 11.5. I understand they are car dealers but truly nothing they say here can be taken at face value. It is all lies. There is no honesty at this place. Wrap up: As I am signing papers with the financing/paperwork guy I see that the mark ups the salesman took off were put back on. Only after haggling yet again do they get removed again. The same guy then bullies me for about 5 minutes over gap insurance. Bully is not too strong of a word. He actually treated me like I was stupid for not buying their questionable product. I am sure his attempt at not taking no for an answer makes his boss happy but it made me very sure I will never go there or probably even another Nissan dealership again. I am not the smartest person. When going through the process it is tough to see these things unfold. It wasn’t until later did I really understand how bad they treated me. In hindsight I should have walked away many times during this process. This happened 7 months ago and still when I look at my new car I think of how many ways I was taken advantage of. Unless you are looking to feel the same way about your new car, I would recommend avoiding United Nissan.
