        Customer service sucks , the owner (female) has no personality , barked at me for having a drink (my mistake, yes) been buying from them since 00' , not one person greeted me nor said I'll be with you when free . I have given them many fish over the years due to out growing my tanks. I guess if your not after saltwater fish ($$$) your just not worth there time ! I wouldn't spend another dime in that place ! I'd rather spend $40+ on shipping and buy online

        the customer service at TROP AQUARIUM is more than 5 STAR!!!! EVERY EMPLOYEE is an expert....I TRUST THE ADVICE I RECIEVE...TROP AQUARIUM EMPLOYESS are not working on COMMISSION...those lucky S.O.B.s feel satisfaction in a JOB WELL DONE!!!!

        Disregard all the old reviews and stop in!!!!

        They cleaned house and it shows! Everything there was clean and the staff friendly (even at closing time!) And knowledgeable! There was a HUGE variety of healthy fish to choose from! Very glad we decided to stop and check them out!!!!!!

        CRAPPY SERVICE

        BEEN IN THIS SHOP A TON OF TIMES BUT MY LAST TWO TRIPS STAFF ACT LIKE THEY COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO HELP. I HAVE SEVERAL TANKS AND WAS REFITTING AN OLD ONE. ALL THEY WANT IS TO SELL A NEW ONE WITH A FULL KIT.

        fish buying here is bad

        bought 2 angle fish at this store and 1 died next day. Took it back and Vinny M. said there was nothing he could do that we had to buy another. Wont buy fish there again. even Walmart stand behind there fish if 1 dies next day. Very disatisfied with the store and will let anyone I know, not to buy from them.

        GREAT knowledge but....

        This is a some what a family owned business and they KNOW fish but i would check around for prices before buying. Highly mark up!
