Tahoe springs is the worst water service available water is not what they say it is any more.i use to get Regular water then changed to the alkaline water $9 a bottle was the same as the regular water no difference and they been charging me $18 dllrs every 2 weeks even if i dont get any water ..called the place to figure out the problem about the quality of water that i was paying for and about the over charging , and got screamed at and told that i was the one steeling from them and using inappropriate words ..i had the service for over a year i would say 2 it was the first time calling them about the issue and got treated really wrong

Within 6 months of service my cooler broke twice. When I replaced it the 2nd time I was given a window when the man would be there to replace it and he never showed. I was obviously very livid because it's 100 degrees outside and we went 3 days without clean water. They gave me 2 free bottles for that incident and now that I have cancelled my service because of their issues, they are trying to charge me for those 2 free bottles and any others I've gotten for their mistakes. They are not friendly, my fiancé makes sure he is home when our delivery guy comes because he was so rude on the phone when HE didn't show... The water is great but the service and the machines are not worth it.

I think that you have EXCELLENT customer service. And your representative Danielle is GREAT with customers. She goes above and beyond.

First of all...the water tastes gr8!!! second, i called a while back to ask about a price break when my husband lost his job, and with no hesitation, you gave us a discounted price on each jug for a couple months. right now times are tough and every dollar really does count. lastly, i would like to say our delivery man, Brent, is an absolute delight! he is always so friendly, and never without a smile! (it doesn't matter if its 5:30 in the morning or 1:00 in the afternoon, always so kind!) thank you for the great service and keep up the good work!!
