Everyone has different experiences but my experience was great. I walked in just to look and all the puppies were up and playing. The store was busy and a young sales girl came over to help me. I told her I couldn't afford a real expensive puppy. She showed me two pom puppies that were discounted because they were 5 1/2 months old. She said the female one was extremely sweet and and a favorite among the staff. I said I couldn't afford the discount and asked if I could get a lower price since I wasn't going to breed the puppy but only wanting her as a pet. The sales girl checked with the owner and the owner gave me an affordable discount so I walked out with an adorable pom. She is white with black ears and black freckles on her nose. She is only 4 lbs and 8 oz and is now almost 8 months old. She is in great health and never had a problem with her health. I named her Blanche and take her everywhere. People love her and always ask me where I got her and I tell them Prince and Princess Pet Shop. I thank the owner for giving me a discount so I was able to buy Blanche. Thanks again, Shelley Werk

This is a follow up to my expe...

This is a follow up to my experience with Prince & Princess Puppies & Boutique on Rainbow Blvd. I brought my Morkie home and the same day he was coughing less than 2 hours from the point I bought Baxter. If you look at the past review they sold me a dog that they had to know that he had KENNAL COUGH.... YES, this is a normal thing that can happen but a store should not sell a dog when they are sick. The owner and manager said they would not sell a dog that was sick per thier statements they made to me ( I guess he got sick on the car ride home). The vet said he had to been coughing for at least a few days prior due to the way he was coughing.... so yes they should have been aware that he was sick (Vet visit was next day after we got Baxer). At the vet visit they also took a stool sample to check for parasites. GUESS WHAT..... Baxter now has KENNAL COUGH & PARASITES. I again called the store since they should know about this so they do not spread it to other dogs. The owner was the person answering the phone and once she found out I was the one calling she stated " You were the one that put the bad review online and I will not deal with people like you and hung up the phone". SHE DID NOT CARE TO LISTEN ABOUT HOW SHE COULD HAVE OTHER SICK DOGS IN HER STORE. As a sence of duty I called back to make sure they were aware of the issues with the Parasites but the owner would not get on the phone so I told the person who picked up the phone (called 8/14/12 - bought Baxter 8/9/12). I have now spent $150.00 on Baxter's vet bills to insure he is taken care of in the manner that this so called pet store should have done. I do not care about the money just the wellbeing of animals. I do want to be fair to the store and both Kennal Cough and Parasites are common for pet stores....so in the future when i go to get Baxter a friend to play with I will go direct to a recommended breeder to insure they come from a cleaner & maintained enviorment. I would hope in the future this owner would be more concerend with the dogs wellbeing and not the money. Baxter is now in a home that he will be loved and taken care of lets hope the best for the other dogs at Prince & Princess Puppies & Boutique.

We will not reimburse any medical expenses for your puppy in any event whatsoever. (THIS IS EVEN IF THEY SELL YOU A SICK DOG!!!!....Beware!!)



Your puppy must be examined by one of our attending vetinarians within 72 hours form the time of purcahse or all your health warranties are null and void. I did but its not covered even after paying $1,200.00 for my dog that they sold to me sick.



They do not warranty for: kennal cough, ear infections/mites, internal/external parasites-coccidiosis, giardiasis and etc.

(What is etc mean ?...... MAYBE ITS THE WAHTSOEVER Events they do not cover)



They told us that they have high quality dogs and vets that look after them. Not sure what happened to someone looking after Baxter.



To the owners please pick up a book on CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I found this pet store online ...

I found this pet store online and with a conference coming up in Las Vegas I decided to make it a point to stop by and see their puppies. My girlfriend has been looking for a yorkie for a few months now. I would never have a puppy shipped to me. They had a "GOLDEN" yorkie that is pretty rare for a decent price and she looked clean and healthy. I took her to their recommended veterinarian before I headed home and she checked out great! So far we are pleased with her and my girlfriend was pleasantly thrilled about her surprise puppy! We hope to have good luck with her as we would like to get another yorkie. I grew up with yorkies and they are the best! If you are looking for a dog good with children and to raise in home, consider a yorkie!

I brought my little chloe in to get groomed... went in the day before to set up an appointment for the following day at 1 pm. when i dropped her off at 1245pm to be groomed i was told that it would take about 2 hours to finish the work and they would call me. I hadnt heard from them and when i went back in at 4pm *(3hours after i had dropped her off when i was told it would only be 2 hours) she still wasnt ready. They had just given her a bath when I got there. Expressing my frustration about how i had an app at 1 pm she had been there for over 3 hours at this point, they told me the reason they were running behind is beacuse they had 3 full grooms at 10 am this morning and thus the reason for the delay. Theyn told me she would be done in 30 min for a service that i was told would take 2 hours earlier in the day. So sure enough 30 min later they called to say that she was ready for pick up. When picking her up i again vocied my frustration about the amount of time i was told it was going to take to do her service. she had been there for 4 hours in a crate the enitre day. I was then told the reson for the delay was because a groomer had called in sick and there was only one on staff that day which was not told to me when i dropped her off at 1pm or when i went in at 4pm... my dog chloe once given back to me was crying and pulling on her leash by the door she was clearly very upset and wanted out of there. They said they were sorry but when expressing my frustration the groomer and the 2 girls behind the counter just stared at me... they had absoloutly nothing to say... and when i called them out on having no words they said to me "mam what do you want us to say" are you serious... completely unprofessional and unwilling to admit to their mess up. The only thing they did do was take 5$ off my service to make up for the situtaion to later find out that you get a 5$ discount for first time service. As i left and made it very clear that i would never be returning and i would warn my friends of this place ... i saw the groomer and 2 girls behind the counter staring at me as i left the store with my dog and got in my car. This place is a wanna-be Sniffany and Co... you'll never be that. You have poor poor customer service and with my dog crying like that ready to get out of there im not sure what you are doing to dogs there but it seems as though mine didnt like it one bit. You should be shut down and reading other reviews you should be ashamed of your selves selling sick dogs to people and displaying them the way you do. Shame on you. DONT EVER BRING YOUR DOGS HERE OR BUY MERCHANDISE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joy has been the very joy of ...

Joy has been the very joy of our lives from the moment we brought her home. She is good with my elderly grandmother and the kids. We created a sheet - dreaming with joy - that stays on the fridge so the kids can fairly take turns sleeping with joy. We want to get another dog but we are so nervous that the second puppy won't be as great as joy has been. We are always stopping by the store and looking at the new puppies and I just know that very soon we will be walking out with a second puppy. I am so impressed by the store. The puppies are always so alert and happy to be greeted. I love that the store does not smell and the store is always clean clean clean.

Thank you for making us a happy family Prince & Princess Puppies! We recently adopted a french bulldog, Spot, from this store. We are very happy with him and have been enjoying spending time with our new puppy. We get stopped everywhere I take Spot because he looks unique and of course because he is so handsome. He loves other people and other dogs. I hope to get all his shots done soon so I can take him to the dog park with my neighbors. The experience and service at this store was amazing.

They Sold Me a Sick Dog!!!!!!

This past Sunday I bought an adorable morkie from this store. The dog was happy, energetic, and playful. Assuming this dog was fine and had no problem, we bought it along with all the neccesary things like food, toys, bowls, and a a crate. When we took him home he was the same happy dog like in the store. However, he didn't eat that night, but the store told us he might not eat the first day because it's a new environment. Monday passed and Biscuit (the dog) slept most of the day and didn't want to do anything. He still didn't eat which is why we thought he was tired. Tuesday goes by and when I get home there is diarrhea all over his crate, we got all his papers and took him to the vet. Now when we bought the dog on Sunday we went directly to the vet and they said he was fine. Biscuit had to be given IV and stay over night. The next day passed by and we went to the vet, he wasn't doing any better so we asked the vet to do a parvo test (a very serious puppy disease). The results turn out he had parvo and had to be hospitalized for a few days. Sadly, on Thursday after a plasma transfusion, Biscuit DIED in his sleep, leaving us shocked and heartbroken. He was barely two months at the time and I only had him for two days.

Now I am writing this review not to just share my story but to tell steer clear away from this store. Parvo is highly contagious and there is a possibility that the dogs in that store now have it. If you have recently bought a dog from this store and your dog is not feeling well (diarrhea or vomiting) please go to the vet and have them tested for parvo because it might save it's life before it's too late.

I will never step foot into an...

I will never step foot into another pet store after visiting this store. Now these guys set the standard. I didn't know they sold puppies until I went inside. I typically tend to get sad when I see dogs at pet stores but surprisingly I didn't feel sad at all. I was blown away and speechless as I walked through their beautiful clean tidy store and watched the healthy and playful puppies play with their toys. I was treated with VIP service as the girls helped me make hard decisions like which dress I should buy and which pair of shoes I should get for my chihuahua lizzy LOL! My dog and I love this store. For Christmas this year I will be buying another puppy for myself and for my boyfriend. I am going to go back and put a deposit down tomorrow! I met the owners and they were very down to earth and full of knowledge. I feel so good about this store I'm very grateful. I heard so many good things about this store and now I know why. If you have never been to this pet store, you definitely need to go. You're missing out if you don't.

I believe that the integrity of a business shows when something goes wrong and you see how you are treated and how the problem is resolved. I recently purchased my 3rd dog from this store and the dog ended up with a heart murmur. I called the store and the owner called me back right away. My doctor advised me that it wasn't anyone's fault. I concur. The owner apologized and honored the health guarantee as promised. Shelton the manager handled the problem professionally and took great care of us too. Even though this was a heartbreaking experience we now have a healthy happy dog to add to our family. I have had no problems with my other 2 dogs I adopted from here. I am very happy and highly recommend this store three times!

Happy Healthy Bruiser and Betty

Three years ago I purchased two brother and sister beagles from here. They turned to be smaller than I liked but I can't complain because they are healthy. Great dogs and inseperable with the kids. I went to the grand opening of their new store on Rainbow and I recognized their breeders at the grand opening. Chet Buchanan from the morning zoo on 98.5fm radio was there and he personally recommended this store! It was the best grand opening I been to and from the raffle I won a soft slipper bed! They had some celebs there and photographers there which I didn’t really care for. All in all it was a fun day for the family.

Grateful for help

I rescued a puppy that was abandoned and was living on the street right by my house. I took him to the animal hospital and had him all checked out. He was healthy but had some really bad habits that I had such a struggle with. I went to this boutique/puppy store to get some clothes for the cold weather and they were so educated about puppies I asked them for some advice. I took what they told me into consideration and put it work at home. It’s been two weeks and I see a huge improvement. I want to give my deepest thanks to these kind people that truly love dogs.

I don’t know what you’re smoking or if you’re with those animal nut jobs with bestfriends.org picketing the store. I live near by and am in the store often with my children. It’s ALWAYS spotless! And you say there was no food or water in sight?

Open your eyes stupid! It’s the big glass water bottle on the wall in with the puppies, it holds like halfa gallon!.

EVERY pen has one! And there feed before and after closing bright star!



And I know Jesus (the manager) personally we’ve spoken many many times, there is NO WAY that mild mannered guy told you to “F” off. He’s the most professional polite guy you could ever meet!!!! He'd give you the shirt off his back! Well maybe not YOU.



Guys like you REALLY make me angry. FINALLY a pet store that goes the distance to do it correctly, proves it via video, and you pee all over them!! I have two pups from this store, and both are awesome! Your just an idiot! And so it bestfriends.org for doing this crap. I hope people stop giving them money so the founder can buy another Jaguar!



I bet the public doesn’t know bestfriends.org, your employer, wants all pets stores to sell THEIR shelter animals retail. They already got a store to do this in Colorado. The customer pays for a shelter animal at full retail price. I bet the public also doesn’t know your company is worth 45 million dollars from playing on people’s sympathy.

WARNING!!!!!! This store is just an outlet for puppy mill-esque dog breeders!!!!!!!!

I visited this store recently. The various breeds were all under-fed, sickly and were exhibiting symptoms of sickness, disease and mistreatment.



The majority of the dogs were lying in their own excrement and many of them had no water or food anywhere in site.



75% of all cages looked like they had not been cleaned in days. Most of the puppies were sleeping even though it was the early afternoon. I doubt many had the energy to situp let alone stand to greet people as they came in.



There were 4 workers all huddled around the register watching a video of something on one of employee's phones. Not once did they attempt to greet me or my wife. The entire time I was there the employees never left the register.



I asked the store manager about pedigrees for the puppies. I was unable to get any kind of acknowledgment. I was met also with questioned looks and misdirection on my questions regarding CERF test results for the puppy's parents, whether any of the puppies were registered and whether I could see their papers or not and I when I asked the manager to see the medical history lineage for a puppy I was basically told to "F" off.



Stores like princeandprincessstore.com (aka PrinceandPrincessLV.com) are just outlets for puppy mills. NO REPUTABLE BREEDER WILL SELL TO A PET STORE. I encourage everyone to avoid this petstore and opt to adopt from a real breeder.

I have asked you nicely to stop harrassing my business. You are now writing false reviews! We take very good care of our puppies and you know it. You continue to harrass me because you consider me competition. You are pathetic. You picket in front of my store because you believe that people don't have the choice to make their own decisions? Every family has different needs. You want to make sure you continue making money on the dogs you get for FREE and charge people to buy them! If you care so much about your dogs, spend your time at the shelters and volunteer by making your time valuable. And NO we don't want to buy your dogs and sell them! Your intentions are bad and one day you won't be able to hide behind that banner when the truth hits the fan. By the way, how do you afford luxury cars by working for a non profit organization? Double Trouble!

I bought two puppies at the same time! Do people do that? I did! I thought I was in for trouble with the potty training but it was so much easier than I anticipated it to be. I had freaked myself out by worrying so much. Charlie and Barkley are my little puppies. What a great breed morkies are I never heard of that breed. While I was in the store another lady was telling me how much she loved her morkie and it was the best dog she ever had. The vet was so nice and my dogs are healthy. I have bought so much stuff for my dogs that they don’t need anything for now. Talk about spoiling dogs I never thought it would be me!

Please... Never buy a dog from here . There dogs are all sick . My dog was in the hospital the next night and they didn't even care . I am $ 4000 in to keeping this dog alive and I have had it for less than two weeks !! Please don't support pet shops

SKIPPER!

My first male dog skipper never thought I would ever find myself a owner of a male maltese. I have only had him for a month and he is so smart. He caught on to the doggy door within a few days of coming home. He is so loving and so sweet my husband is attached to skipper at the hip. No other dogs have ever slept in the bed with us skipper is our first. We are already thinking of names for another male companion for skippper. I will be going back to prince and princess puppies for another puppy. The service was superb. The adoption process was quick and easy. I can see why they have such a great reputation with the store.

I AM HAPPY!

We wanted to write this review to let you all know how happy we are with your service, your professionalism, your compassion, your loyalty and especially for our new maltipoo puppy. Toby is doing sooo well he is very advanced. He has brought a new level of happiness into our home. I figure people are so quick to speak on how unhappy they are about something so why not be quick to write about how happy you are about something! Its different and refreshing. Our family was looking for a sweet and gentle but playful dog for our 5 member household. We got exactly what we were looking for and could not ask for anything more. Toby Jacobs nickname TJ was meant for us and we were brought together by destiny.
