Metro PCS

This store doesn't even deserve one star. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. After three weeks of trying to get a functioning cell phone the ladies in this store wasted my time and are the epitome of bad customer service. They had to change my phone/battery three times and it's still not working. When we asked to speak to the manager ( I think her name is Erica) the young lady said that she was on vacation and she didn't want to bother her with something this petty. This however was not the first time Erica's employees came up with a ridiculous excuse for us to not talk to her. They had previously said that she had just left and that she was running late only to one of those times find Erica there all along. These people need to get there things together and learn that if I am paying for a product that results faulty then the least I deserve is to get good customer service when I go back to the store to get it taken care of. I will never go back to this store!
