Dr. Kralle, the anesthesiologist, is awesome to work with! Dr. Smith was able to not only correct a terrible rhinoplasty I had done by another Dr., but also leave me with a nose I love way better than the original. It took two correction surgeries, but the result is well worth it! If anyone needs correction of a previous procedure, I would STRONGLY recommend him and his staff. Cost was very comparable to the original plastic surgeon who had relatively little experience and practiced in a small town. Vegas is fairly inexpensive to stay if you are going to travel ($30/night hotel room at the Stratosphere), and there is so much to entertain you while you are recovering. I would definitely go back! I strongly suggest staying in Vegas during the recovery period rather than traveling back and forth (I've tried both). Let your body heal while you hang out by the pool. When it comes to procedures like these, always go with someone very experienced - that is what I learned through all this.

Dr. Smith took excellent care of my wife. We are truly grateful for his expertise, follow through and support, as well as that of his staff. We would recommend him without reservation.

Bad aftercare and horrendous attitude! I paid $9500 and simply asked about fixing some bumps on my lip that were causing me to have a slight lisp during my stage act. Instead of having me make a new appointment to come take care of it sooner than my existing one, he said to me, "I love how you focus only on the minor negative aspects of your surgery rather than the overall result." Well, if I created music tracks for a film and the producer loved it except for one bad chord, I'd just fix the bad chord! I wouldn't tell him that he's focusing just on the one bad chord instead of looking at the overall piece of music! My face, speech and singing are part of my work! If I were only focusing on the negative, I would have complained about the hematoma he didn't treat for a week because his staff didn't tell him, my two earlobes that are different shapes, and the fact that my neck is messed up from that hematoma. I just asked about helping me to better do my job. I am now going to find another Dr, to help me since Dr. Lane obviously has some ill-placed anger issues. He even blocked me from Facebook like I'm a stalker or over-the-top complainer! Very strange behavior for a professional who is supposed to be servicing a patient.

It is not only Dr. Smith that made this an excellent experience. The office staff and nurses are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The girls there are amazing. They took care of me in my post-operative appointments and when my eyes were as dry as the Sahara. Thank you again,. Dr. Crowley is the best anesthesiologist. This is my fourth surgery and no one compares to them I appreciate the pre-op and post-op phone call, sir.

I could not be happier about my decision in choosing Dr. Smith to perform my rhinoplasty. Dr. Smith is patient, knowledgeable, understanding, thorough, presented all the possible options, answered all my questions, and set realistic expectations. Furthermore, he is an expert in his field and my results are fantastic. He cares about his patients and takes a lot of pride in achieving the best possible outcome. In the follow up appointments, he takes his time to meet with you and inform you on what you should be doing to permit an efficient and ideal recovery.

I broke my nose in high school playing baseball and never fixed it because it was not important to me at the time. This summer I decided to do something about it. I found Dr. Smith because my girlfriend sent me a list of a few doctors that are Fellows of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.). She recommended that I begin with these doctors because her mom had an operation done in Arizona by a plastic surgeon that was also a Fellow and he was excellent. I reviewed each website and went with Dr. Smith because of his impressive résumé, experience, location, and obviously he was board certified in plastic surgery.

There is no better plastic surgeon than Dr. Lane Smith! My ex-boyfriend who is a plastic surgeon in another state recommended him to me as well as my friend who had work done here as well. I had been to many consultations with other doctors and ultimately chose him. I do not regret it. I had two procedures done at once and very pleased with the results. The staff is AWESOME and so is Dr. Smith! Oh and I can't forget to mention that he is so very handsome!

The girls in his office have never been anything but completely professional and amazingly nice when I've been in. They ask questions, offer advice, take as much time as needed to answer any questions I've had and didn't rush me at all in making any decisions.

I had a tummy tuck done at the same time and am thrilled with the results. Dr. Smith was the only doctor I consulted with, because after meeting with him and feeling completely comfortable and put at ease about the procedures, I decided I didn't need to waste my time meeting with anyone else. His prices were incredibly fair, especially given he has his own surgery center. No sick people in the OR! Ever!! That to me was a huge plus. There was no pressure to go with him given, in fact my estimate was good for a year, but I just knew it was the right choice. And I couldn't be happier!

Dr. Smith did my necklift a couple years ago but due to unforeseen complications I had afterwards, I wasn't completely satisfied with my results. He recently did a revision, and instead of just tightening the skin a bit more, he re-did the entire procedure for only $1000 and I'm super happy with how it turned out! Dr. Lane Smith and his staff are friendly, professional and truly care about their clients.

The whole staff is great made me so at ease. the work was amazing. i'm a older woman and the care they all showed me is great. had my arms reduced . i feel like i'm important to them not just a job. dr.lane smith is really good at his job. yes i would recommend him anytime.

Dr. Smith is the greatest Plastic Surgeon in Las Vegas, by far!!! He is genuine and truly cares about his patients. And gives advice as if he was giving it to his own family member. And what separates him from other Plastic surgeons aside from his knowledge, expertise, and amazing skills is the one on one time he gives to his patients. He takes his time to answer any and all questions you may have. Not like other doctors that seem very rushed and really don't get a sense that they really care. Well Dr. Smith cares. He truly does. I am truly so blessed and lucky to have found him. I truly mean every word. Beyond happy.

Dr. Smith removed a cyst from my son's nose and cheek and left no scar whatsoever. Great job on my boy. It was miraculous.

Wait times are long here, but that's because Dr. Smith truly takes his time with every patient and always wants to explain everything and make sure he answers every question you have. THAT IS a caring Doctor!!! Idk what Lisa is talking about; one receptionist doesn't make the whole practice a sham where you shouldn't bring your children if they become injured! I found her review not to be very detailed on actual reasons why if she cares to elaborate? Don't let her review deter you. Every receptionist was nice to me while I was there and Dr. Smith is a nice person. He came highly recommended from every hot Las Vegas girl I know.
