Jack in the Box

i went to this location last night around 12:00am midnight and the drive threw person was extremely rude ,told me i was taking to long to order after only arriving one min, after asking to speak with the manager , he said did i really want to do that. come to find out its the manager son. once i got up to the drive threw , the manager was apologizing for her son while her son was trying to still have a verbal altercation with me. it got to the point where he even tried to push his mom which is manager out the window and tell me to pull around so he can fight me. this is unacceptable and her son or this employee should not be working . he is a liability to the company and if he try this with me he will do it again. i am still trying to get a hold of some one so something can be done about this . Please Be Aware when going to this location at night.

This restaurant is just ok! This neighborhood is half white and half Mexican. The employees seem to only speak Spanish and have a hard time understanding my order. Once I received something I didn't order instead of the hamburger I wanted. I always have to ask for help in bringing my tray to me when the order is ready. I am disabled and unable to carry my tray of food and drink to a table. Also, when I ask for assistance they just seem to stare at me and I'm not sure they understand what I need when I go to a table. The employees only speak Spanish to one another, which is sometimes uncomfortable because each of them are staring at me the whole time I'm in the restaurant. I think they should have at least one English speaking employee to switch places when needed.
