Horrible Finance Experience, Pass by this one!

Our decision to process our mortgage with this firm was a huge mistake! Prior to closing we encountered several frustrations and a lack of communication with our assigned loan agent. We kept moving through the process since we had so much time and effort invested. We anticipated that once the loan closed things would smooth out. It has been a year since our loan closed and it has been anything but smooth. They have altered many conditions of the loan since closing and continue to force place fees on our escrow account. We have spent countless hours making phone calls and sending emails with no solutions. I would take my business elsewhere! The customer service from this firm is so terrible they do not deserve to be in business. One representative will instruct us in one direction and the next month someone else is telling that no longer applies and we are required to make more changes! This firm is deceitful and dishonest. They hide behind a central call in center and will not allow customers to speak directly to any specific person or department. We are passed from one representative to another without any resolution. I leave multiple voice messages and no one returns the calls. Working with this firm has been horrendously frustrating and an experience I would not recommend trying! We are currently re-financing with another firm to avoid any more sleepless nights spent worrying about what Evergreen Home Loans will try to do to us next.

Wow, after a few dealings with some other "so-called" loan professionals in this town I ended up with Evergreen. My realtor had recommended Evergreen, and more specifically Scott.

I had the great pleasure of dealing with Scott Gillespie at Evergreen. I can not say enough about his level of professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. He goes above and beyond to keep you "in the loop."

His assistant Denia is great too!

I am in the begining stages of the loan process (paperwork, pay stubs, taxes, ect) so I havent had a great deal of interactions with the company, but definitely look forward to a great experience!

This is the best mortgage loan company I've ever worked with. I dealt with Lisa Czjaka (Chai-kuh) and can't say enough good things about her. She went way above & beyond the call of duty on my loan, did practically all the work and made it extremely painless. She knows the ins & outs of the mortgage business in Nevada and makes it happen -- fast!!
