I love getting my car serviced at Desert Volkswagen. Rudy is my service provider and always goes above and beyond to make sure he takes care of me and my car. The personal touch Desert and Rudy provide makes my entire purchase more worthwhile. Thank you so much Rudy and Desert!

There's a good chance, you'll be sorry you decided to buy your car here. A few really decent folks, great parts department, but ... well #1 expect to be taken for an idiot by some of the sales guys...as unhappy as I am this dealership, Findlay VW is actually WORSE. I'm serious: expect to have any repair bills dishonestly, in fact, padded. Yes, true fact, I'm NOT making this up, I caught Findlay in the act at least once, other times, I'm not certain, but definitely once. Lesser of the two evils, I'd go to AutoNation if my next car HAD to be a VW. (It doesn't.)

The good reviews must have been posted by employees or by people who know literally nothing about cars.



These people invent problems and they overcharge. Here are a few examples I have experienced in person. For corroded terminals, they want to replace the battery. When the coolant level is low, they want to replace the thermostat. When the mechanic breaks something, they want to claim it was broken. They want you to pay at least $400 or more, no matter what. Still, the shop is not one star, because they actually fix the problem too, assuming you pay a lot more than necessary. As long as you know this and you know EXACTLY what you want, plus do not mind paying $135/hr, you can go there, because they have the instrumentation to diagnose and the tools to repair VWs. They are, for the above-mentioned reasons, in fact, better than the average mechanic in Vegas, which does not mean they are good.



The parts store is good and sometimes you can get steep discounts.

Rick and the military sales manager very friendly and professional all the time. From the start were very helpfull in showing my family and I all our options with different cars. Highly recommended this dealership to anyone.

Some people say we had high hopes or impossible standards. We were looking for a specific model with certain features. We wanted the exterior/interior a certain color, we wanted the larger rims and it had to be in our price range. We called around and no one had it. The a few weeks go by and Desert Volkswagen called back, they got it in. The exact car we wanted. I couldn't believe it, they remembered everything. When we arrived it was in show room condition and they were even able to get it below the price we had in mind. What a great staff!

Shopping at Desert Volkswagen was a great idea of my husmband. He was driving by and saw a really nice car and came home to tell me. When we arrived there, this wasn’t the average dealer. They were really nice and helpful. They didn’t hound us and pressure us to run credit or anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. We found a car we really loved and took it for a test drive. We then negotiated the price and I had them throw in window tint for free. I was feeling pretty good about that. Well to make a long story short I love my new car and Desert Volkswagen sure was a big help!

I love my new Passat! I love all the buttons it has! So many functions I still don’t know them all! Nothing like saving up for a new car and finally getting it! I picked it up with 99 Miles on it! That is a first for me! I must say that I am happy with my selection and my Passat is everything and more! Thanks to David & his knowledge I will be sending everyone his direction!

Desert Volkswagen has a great selection of cars to choose from. I enjoyed my shopping experience while I was there and they took great care of me. I am glad I chose to do business with them, considering there are other dealers in the area! I do highly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I got a ride home from a friend last wekk and they had a CC. I never been in one but I was in Shock. The car was so nice and very luxurious. It was almost like a Benz. The ride was so nice and smooth. I had to get more info on it. I contacted Desert VW and told them what I was interested in. they got back to me very quickly and had a lot of info for me. Then 2 days later I received a brochure on the car in the mail. They had sent it to me with out me having to ask. They really went out of there way for me. The next week I went in and picked one out and had a great time doing it. I have Desert VW to thank, they went above and beyond my expectations.

Desert VW had the best deal in all of Vegas for me. I wanted a new car and didn't want to get ripped off, well in reality who does. I found that they had the car I wanted and I went down to get a price. They gave me a great quote so I jumped on it. It was the best price for the same car I got in town so I figured I would take it while the offer was on the table. Great people, staff, prices, cars, and overall the entire time I was there was good.

Getting a car from desert Volkswagen was easy. The people were very nice and made sure you were getting a car you loved. They must of asked me 10 times do you like it or love it.. They want you to like and enjoy your car. We drove it and I just knew, I was going home with this car today. Hey helped me throughout the process to make sure I understood all of the paperwork. I trust Desert Volkswagen.

Desert Volkswagen had a great deal on a new Rabbit and it was pretty much what I was looking for. I wanted a car with good gas and had a nice amount of room. This car had everything on my list and to top it off it was a great price. Im really glad I went to Desert Volkswagen, timing is everything.

Desert Volkswagen had the best new year deal going on. I was able to get a new Jetta at a great price. I looked at the same car a few weeks prior and it was out of my price range and with the new year discounts I was able to get it. I love my new car and I have Desert Volkswagen to thank for it.

When looking for a new car I want specific things and many people would say Im too picky and difficult. I went to a few dealers and no one was able to help me, which was until I went by desert Volkswagen. Every concern, doubt, problem, and or question I had they quickly resolved. I have had a VW bug for the last few years. When they introduced the new one I just had to have it. I went to Desert Volkswagen for my options on getting it and they were very helpful. They gave me a great trade in on my old car and a great deal on the new one. They really are a great dealer.

He was very helpful he knew exactly what it takes to make someone comfortable with a purchase.
