Aureole Las Vegas, at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, is a restaurant that features a four-storey, temperature-controlled glass and steel wine tower. The tower houses one of the world s largest selections of more than 10,000 bottles of wine. Aureole Las Vegas serves beef tortellini, scallop ceviche, spicy celery remoulade, house smoked salmon and spicy tuna cannelloni. The restaurant s main course menu includes pinot noir-braised lamb shank, oven-roasted Tasmanian trout and fresh fettuccini pasta with roasted tomato. Its selection of desserts features orange creamsicle parfait and salted caramel bombe. Aureole Las Vegas provides gift cards of several denominations. The restaurant s private dining rooms accommodate up to 100 guests. It is a part of Charlie Palmer Group.
