Last week, I hired the "A-Better Plumbing Company" to repair the leak on the main water line between the house main valve located in the garage and the water meter located underneath the street sidewalk. The water leak was at the bottom of the pipe located between the garage wall. Additional challenge to this repair project was replacing the two original one inch size pipes with one and quarter inch size pipe between the water meter and the house main valve. The repair crew including the owner of the company worked as a professional task team. I was satisfied with their work because: 1) soil and rocks from the digging area was placed on fabric to protect the landscape. 2) they dug out a deep trench underneath the sidewalk for access to the piping under the garage wall. 3) once the repair project was completed, they landscaped the property to its original condition and removed all debris. The repair job was completed nicely! I would definitely recommend this company.

I must've made a gypsy mad or something, because I just bought a house and not even 3 weeks into it, the water heater kicks the bucket. I just decided to bite the bullet and get it taken care of ASAP as I had no real choice in the matter. I called a few companies but thy were either busy, too expensive, or both. I stumbled upon this company and they seemed pretty good so I gave them a call. They were very nice on the phone and listened to everything I had to say.We talked for a bit and luckily I had called right after someone else had canceled their appointment for the day. That meant that I was able to be scheduled for later in the day. They said they would come out between 2:00pm-3:00pm that day and take out the old heater and put a new one in. They called me 30 minutes before they came out to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived on time and got to work right away. The old heater was out and the new one was installed in what seemed like no time at all. They asked me whether or not I wanted to keep the old heater, but I told them to take it away. They two guys that came out were very respectful and both had a good sense of humor. Its good to have a good company to help ya when something like this happens.

So, every time I started washing my hands lately, I would see some water on the floor a little bit later. I didn't think anything of it at the time because I figured I was just being reckless and splashing water, but even when I was careful, it was the same. I looked under the sink and saw that the pipe connected to the drain was cracked. These guys came out and took care of it for a reasonable price. Thankfully, no harm came to my cabinets because of the water, but good thing I got it taken care of. I've got no complaints with these guys on my end. They'll be there when they say they will and are good at what they do.

It was one of those days. Bad day at work, wife was sick, and then the water heater was pouring all over the garage. I guess luck was on my side later on because when I called this company, apparently someone had just canceled so they had an appointment time free. They came out around 10:30 am (I work graveyard shift) and were able to get the old heater in and out in no time. Finally, after all the stress that day, I got a sigh of relief and I got to get a good sleep. Good guys, accommodating, and good at what they do. Can't ask for a whole lot more than that. I'd recommend them.

I would have to say, if your ever in need of a plumber, you should call A BETTER PLUMBING COMPANY for great prices they offer for all their services, and the clean up was FREE the best part of it all! They were on time to the job, and honest and upfront on cost of repair never a penny more! I would recommend this company to ALL

What is there to say? These are some of the most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A lot of companies, not just plumbing but in general, have had a snotty attitude towards me when I was nothing but nice to them. These people treated me and my family like we had been friends for ages. They were nice, friendly, and didn't give us the run around. Also, their services are first rate! They installed 2 toilets and a sink for us and a very reasonable price. If I had to rate this company 1-10, it would receive an 11.

I called A Better Plumbing today before their normal business hours & Carla answered the phone. My water heater exploded overnight. What a mess. My moving boxes were all soaked with water from the water heater shooting water in the air. Monte talked to me to calm me down & instructed me on how to turn my water heater off. He was at my home within 3 hrs which I thought was pretty good for a Sunday. Im very happy with the water heater installation. He even helped with the mess that the old water heater had made. I was just about to leave the house for work, when I heard a strange noise in the garage. I went to check to see if everything was OK, but when i opened the door, all I saw was water. The water heater had collapsed. I quickly called A Better Plumbing to come and fix the huge problem.
