In the last month I had to schedule 2 different appointments. Each time , I was put on hold for 30+ minutes , in between, a live person comes on and puts me on hold again. I had to hang up to try again the next day. The first time I thought it was just a one off, but 3 weeks later it was the same thing. very bad customer service - management needs to put on more staff at least to answer the phones. This has put me off with the dread of calling them so I will go to another facility the next time.

I recently was having a mammogram done at this office. In a situation that's not so pleasant for women to go through, the technician I had made me feel at ease, and the pain that I expected was not bad at all. She even asked when my follow up appointment was with my doctor, and let me know that she was going to try to get the results over to my doctor before my appointment. Now that I have had a mammogram done, the fear regarding having future ones is gone.

Your staff has always been excellent to me. I appreciate all of the staff and I am going to continue to visit your establishment.

Very nice and courteous staff. I have had several MRI's at different place and the caring, nice attitude was the best here!!!
