Innova Salon and Day Spa

Excellent Service! First time ever getting a massage and so many horror stories about it being painful but I loved it! I feel very relaxed and pampered. Highly recommended and will be telling everyone about Linda and her Salon!

My husband purchased a gift card for Christmas. I was pleased with everything! It was very relaxing. I feel great and can't wait to come back!

I experienced the best facial I have ever had at Innova. The Salon is beautiful and boasts an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. Linda Perfected my Hair Color and provided me with an outstanding experience!

WOW! That is all I can say about Linda and her staff. Innova first caught my eye during it's renovation. I thought to myself: "These people have love for this community!" Then once the building was done, I had to meet who was behind it. Linda Beal is her name, and she is an even larger personality than the grandeur of her building. She's not just the person who cuts my hair ...she is now someone I consider a great friend. Her love, her passion, her desire to help people goes above and beyond any normal hair cut.



Now, as Linda's staff has continued to grow, she has attracted some of the best talent in Lansing. Her growth model for her business is second to none in the area, and the people of Innova are second to none in Lansing.



I highly recommend you experience Innova, and remember ...You don't go to Innova just for a great cut, color or spa service, you go to Innova for a great EXPERIENCE!

They have the best pedicures in town. They really took time to do the massage on me and I was soooooo relaxed afterward I didn't want to get up out of the chair. Also, I enjoyed the massage from the pedicure so much, I ended up coming back for a regular massage. I had 2 people massaging me at one time. I was not expecting that at all and when I went to get up off of the massage table... I was out of this world! Next thing I'm onto is that Moroccanoil Massage and Mask. I cannot wait. I've finally found my salon. I love Innova.

Innova Salon & Day Spa in Lansing is more than a salon. It is amazing what they have done with the building. You have to check it out. Definitely, the best pedicures in the Lansing area.

Haha saw this review and i love the three negative posts too. they all seem so eerily similar in writing style and hostility. i find the dates so unusual too. could it be one disgruntled ex-employee disguising as more than one person? well september was around the time that person was let go, and how ironic that two "other" people posted hate-filled messages shortly after two positive reviews were posted. really trying to keep those stars down, huh? well haters gonna hate.

Beware of this salon!!! I had one of the most frightful experiences here. The lady went so crazy on me and yelled at me the whole time... She got chemicals in my eyes and didn't even give me a towel to wipe them up. I had to ask for one and she kept taking the towel away from me. She was so rude, disrespectful, and was very rough on my head. She also charged me way more then she initially told me up front! I would be very careful of going to the Innova Salon Spa!!

The owner of Innova Salon and Day Spa is only concerned with the bottom line and not happy customers. Don't bother going there especially with a coupon. She barely cut any hair off, and when approached with this, she expected to be paid again to cut more off. Hardly any hair was cut so that another cut would be needed sooner (or just screw with you since she feels screwed.) I don't know why they bother putting a coupon on the website if they want their customers to come back. She doesn't realize that if she wants to keep clients, she needs to provide a service they will come back for. Don't bother going here. Very unprofessional.

TERRIBLE. Never go to this salon. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The lady is unstable and crazy. Her work is not good at all and she is very unprofessional. Do not believe a word she says. I know people write bad reviews for no reason, but believe me on this one--she literally lost it and should not be allowed to run a business.

Finally - First time in a while my hair still feels and looks great a few days after leaving a salon. Very happy.

I loved the color and cut I got here. They also fixed the "not so great" job my sister did with an at-home kit =P.

If I could give this place a 4.9 I would, but found out they did not accept credit card. I was embarrassed because I only had 7 dollars on me..hehe Regardless, I loved the end result! :-) Just going to bring cash next time!
